Blackbox (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy.  This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

 

 

Personal data (information) 

We may collect certain types of information when you use our app, including:

  • Device or other IDs: We collect device identifiers and similar information through Firebase Crashlytics to help diagnose and fix bugs or crashes.

  • No personally identifiable information (such as names, emails, or contact data) is collected unless you voluntarily provide it for support or communication.

 

               

Why do we collect this personal data? 

To process an order, we need to collect personal information from the client so we can complete the steps to enter into and execute a contract for the storage service. For example, we collect address and contact number details to enable our team to provide service. The information collected by Firebase Crashlytics is used solely for bug analysis and app performance improvement. We do not share this information with any other third parties.

 

 

Client's choice and consent 

Our client has the right to request information about the handling of his personal data.  Our client has the right to ask the Company to rectify, not disclose, restrict access and/or delete his personal data. Our client also has the right to object to the Company's processing of their data in some circumstances and, where we have asked for their consent to process their data, to withdraw that consent. If our client requests withdrawal of their consent, we will destroy and delete the relevant personal information as soon as possible.  If he would like information on any of the aforementioned rights, please contact us at any time. 

 

 

How and when we collect clients' personal information 

Our clients typically submit orders containing personal data via the Application and other means. We collect that information when our clients request our services. 

 

 

Use, retention and disposal 

We limit the use of our client's personal information only to enable the Company to provide our services. We only retain personal data as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data is intended. We destroy any documents with personal data in accordance with our applicable laws. 

 

 

Data Access, Correction, and Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You can do this by:

  • Sending an email request to your support email address, or

  • Using the account deletion feature available in the app.

We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

 

 

Access 

We limit access to our clients' personal data only to our properly trained and authorised employees and third parties. Personal information is never to be sold, lent or leased to third parties. 

 

 

Disclosure to third parties 

We keep our clients' personal information confidential, but we may provide personal information to third parties only for the purposes identified in this notice. When we do disclose any of our clients' personal information to third parties, we do so under a duty of confidentiality.  We ensure that all shared personal data is handled securely, respecting the same level of privacy and protection as we do with all other customer information.

 

 

Consent and User Rights:

  • Clients maintain their right to inquire about the handling of their personal data, including any data processed by third-party services. This includes rights to access, rectification, deletion, and to withdraw consent to data processing.

  • We are committed to transparency regarding our data processing practices and the use of third-party services. Clients may withdraw their consent at any time, prompting us to cease processing their data using these technologies and to take steps to remove it from our systems to the extent possible.

 

 

Data security 

We store our clients' personal data electronically, protected by passwords. We only permit our authorised employees to access personal data. These employees are trained and familiar with The Company's privacy policies. 

 

 

Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age threshold in your region).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.

 

 

Accuracy 

The Company commits to maintaining accurate, complete, and relevant personal information for the purposes identified in this notice. 

 

 

Monitoring and enforcement 

We take appropriate measures to monitor and maintain our clients' personal data, and implement all reasonable security measures to safeguard it.
